About My Work
My goal in painting is to take beautiful scenes or subjects and reproduce them in a creative fashion on canvas so that they can be enjoyed inside the home. My hope is to take the homeowner or buyer back to the outdoors, back to the moment, back to another country or state, or back to the time the portrait was created.
I love to work with the endless array of colors, textures, juxtaposition of subject, reflections and especially lighting.
And always good to note, if you want a slight change or even something specifically done for you, I love to do commissions as well. Thank you for your interest in my paintings.
